Had a great time with friends here. The management and staff is very friendly. Food served is freshly prepared and location is nice with good view of valley and sunrise from the room and balcony. Outdoors ground are also spacious with multiple levels and space to relax or do bonefire. It is value for money.

Stayed here for a weekend with my family and completely enjoyed my time here. The resort has clean and well maintained rooms with great view of the valley. The food served is good and their coffee is a must try. Special thanks to Mr. Udayvir and Mr. Saurav for making our stay the most comfortable, pleasant and being a wonderful host. :) Looking forward to visit again.

Hotel is an absolute disappointment. Manager is very rude and unprofessional. I would not recomment any one to book this hotel. Food quality also is not good at all 👎🏻. Manager do not respect women also very rude while talking. Hello Mr.Chandail just for your kind information. We did not came as an walk in. So please stop lying here. We can share screen shots also it was pre booked. If we talk about breakfast that was included in the pre booked prices. We can share the screen shots.Your managers behaviour is pathetic. Please respect your guests. Hope you understand respecting your guests coming in your hotel represents your identity.

Its a good hotel. Staff is trained and mannered. Location is awesome. Its little away from main chail city. Parking is ample for 10 vehicles. Food is average and can be improved. The property is little old so rooms are huge but have old architecture.

Good place for the view of nature BUT one of the worst experience we had on hospitality front. Some guest were complaining of leaky roofs, the food wasn't great. The hospitality people were behaving as if they were doing us a favour by feeding us. The buffet was limited in quantity. The bread would come late by the time the main dishes would turn cold. The managers would just turn deaf ears towards you and if you insist on something they would turn to the support staff & frustatingly tell them to do it. As if they were helpless in getting the things done. Overall it was one of the worst experience in my life at any of the Hotels.

An absolute disappointment... Total Fraud... Seeing the hotel exterior, interior n location thought that d service too shall be great but certainly they didn't live upto our expectations The STAFF is pathetic. No manners at all from top management to the ground level all are sailing in the same boat. I wouldn't ever recommend this place to anyone wish they had basic courtesy which they lack totally
